What is your returns policy?
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt must also be provided as proof of purchase.

What is your returns process?

Please be advised that any shipping costs to return your order will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once we have received your return order and verified the condition of the item(s), your refund can be processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to process.
Items received without completing the above process will not be accepted.

How quickly will my return be processed?
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. However, please be advised this may be delayed during busier periods such as weekends, summer holidays and Christmas holidays. We appreciate all understanding and patience regarding the processing of your return order.
You will receive email confirmation of the status of your return through the stages of processing.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
Currently, we only offer refunds on return orders. Should you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place this as a separate order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are any of your items non-refundable?
Our limited-edition Michele Clapton items, along with any perishable goods – such as food items – are non-refundable.
